help cubase LE wont work w Guitar Rig

Please Help- Cubase LE crash w Guitar Rig 2

I just want to do simple stuff.
Have RME Fireface 400, and NI guitar rig 2. they both work no prob. its Cubase LE, when I try to add Effect directx - NI guitar rig I get
"ERROR-A serious problem has occurred. Please save song under another name & restart cubase.exe. If problem persists contact tech support w how U creat this problem, and created the file Crogram FilesSteinbergCubase LECubasele.LOG."
Can it be a bad copy of cubase LE or what?
(also doesnt seem to work well, cant open up sample editor )
JUST WANT something that works!! IN CASE.. i have to look for another program-Heard that Traktion is good for beginners why are there so few people talking about it? Is it a good value? Any advice?

You are trying to use the DirectX version of Guitar Rig when you should be using the VST version. Go back to the DVD you got when you bought Guitar Rig and install the VST version in the Steinberg/VST plugins directory.
