Help!!Connecting a mixer to a PC and recording using cakewalk

I have a yamaha mx 12/4 mixer and I would like to connect it to my computer and use cakewalk Sonar XL for multi track recording. Could someone help me out on how to do this. I have a soundblaster live installed in my computer. I look forward to your help.

go from the main outs of the mixer into the line in of the soundcard....a cable that goes from 2 1/4" (???) to a single stereo 1/8 plug will do the trick.....
