HELP! cant REinstall..

alright..in an attempt to save space, I had installed SF on an external drive..(buslink)...shortcut was on the desktop..etc...

origninally this drive was called "E:", and everything worked fine,
until I got a Flash MP3 player, which naemed itself, as removable drive.."E:"..

conflict

so my buslink...as it turns off and on as i please..

REnamed itself "F:"...this didnt prevent me from opening the program, but froom using the effects within it.. "Path not specified" or something...

I tried to UNinstall, and I get: "Error1327: Invalid drive E:"

SO

I delete everything...everything! and STILL

I cant reinstall...Same error message comes up..

Ive tried a Registry Clean utility...to no avail...PLEASE HELP!!
 
You know, you can specify which drives use which drive letters. If you're using XP, go to Admin Tools -> Computer Management. Click on the Disk Management snap-in. Right click on the partition space and you should have the option to change the drive letter. Though, I'm not sure if this is going to help at this point, but maybe.
