before i was using :HP win xp home edition PC, 1.9Ghz, 512 Ram...

Everythig was ok regarding Sound/Midi

recently i upgraded the motherboard/CPU combo:
MotherBoard: Foxconn WinFast 6150BK8MC (nvidia drivers, AMD commercial Stable Image platform)
with AMD 939 socket 2.01GHZ X2 3800+ DualCore CPU.
Installed WinXP Pro Sp2.

And this is how it sounds when i playback the project using VSTi and external workstations:
(when i'm using VSTis only it ok except about every minute there's a buzz/stutter in audio)
I tried different Latencies and settings, no luck...

And yes, i disabled the onboard Sound in BIOS, and using Emu 1212m Audiocard, which was working fine on previous HP PC.

Please Help.
Thanks in advance.

no it's PCI, but why should it matter if even integrated audio wasn't acting ok

because if it was firewire Id say you were nuts using SP2.

Is there a motherboard chart that shows which PCI slots may be in danger of sharing issues?

Try disabling all your network adapters first.

Might also try disabling write combining in your video properties along with lowering the graphics acceleration.

If you still have problems try the xpaudio tweaks website for information on disabling some unneeded services.

HTH, Peace
