Sounding pretty good man...

The drums seem to be a bit in the background....not the cymbals, but the snare and the kick. Give them a bit more of a presence if you can. I hear them, they just seem a bit muffled or something. The guitar and bass seem to fit together well, as do the cymbals. Nice job on vocals also....they have good space.

:o aww shucks, it was nuthin'....

I like the clarity of the vocals. Much better than the version you gave me to play to.

Good job, Dave!

I like the song. In tune and in the pocket. Nice vocal and drum work. Bass gtr could come up.

Way too much compression on the ac gtr at the intro.

Nice, the way the BG vocal seems to rise out of the delay on the main vocal at 2:01 and later.

Thanx all! :)

It really helps to have extra ears...

I was hoping the bass wasn't too boomy so i was purposely subduing it... I'll bring it forward some... As well as the kick and snare... As a drummer I always worry I'm being to biased with them in the mix so I tend to overcompensate the other way...

You guys are swell...

Stop by the office for a raise...

:)

Nice tune. Vocals are good. I agree with Dogman re the drums. I was expecting more crack from the snare when it comes in. It gets a little better later on. Is there reverb on the snare? Maybe just look at more oomph when the drums first come in.

nice job guys. i agree with tim about the compression on the intro acoustic guitar. way too much.

Dave, if you find some time, I'd love for you to put some drums on "Such A Shame"...
:D

Wow Dave....you have a great voice. Lots of heart in your singing.

Do I hear a chick backup on the echos ? Sounds great!

Like the couple of harmonic plucks intro.

The acoustic was a great choice for the main axe of this song....I can... however, hear a *quiet* lead solo'ing behind the vocals...with the vocals...at 1:09 and at 1:52 getting more intense...2:30.....4:03 even more intense...I just kept waiting for a solo to break out in the song. There is build up all over the place, just waiting for an axe solo...3:13 to 3:31...and very intense outro 4:51 to fade out at 5:17...then the finish without it to the end....it's just cracking for those....oh yah.... :D

I sound really bossy don't I ? Sorry Rabbit !

Love the drums....I agree with a bit more of a crack on the snare...the song has a build up feel to it and as it progresses, the drums would really sound great leading to that...at the outro I can hear some really good cracks too...excuse my use of the word crack so much...but Bulls started it :D

The cymbals rock.

Kudos Rabbit !!!

Oooh, I don't recall ever hearing a BentRabbit original. Cool vibe here. As much as I love reverb, I think there might be a little too much here, as everything sounds kind of distant. I'd particularly reduce some of the vocal processing and let it breathe more.
