headphones question

im looking to get some new headphones for recording. just something that is around 20 dollars and will give me a loud enough sound in the headphones to get excited about, without bleeding through too much into the mic.

any suggestions?

I've got the deluxe version which is $30. They're nice, with just a few shortcomings (literally - the cord is really short). But for the price, they're hard to beat.

Ditto...doit. You can't beat the price, they've got good isolation and sound decent. Oh, the warranty kicks ass.

I just got the $30 More Me phones direct from Harvey. I'm in Indiana, he's in Texas, and I got 'em in 48 hrs.! Can't beat that. They sound just fine, too. Make sure to get the headphone extension cord. I did, and I'm glad I did. They weren't kiddin' about the cord being short!
