hdisk splitting...

.. hi guys i've a question.. if i want to use 2 Hdisk in my Pc for Hd recording how to split between program, sample and O.S.?
for example:
Hd 1: O.S. and program
Hd 2: sample and record file

Hard Drive 1 - OS and programs
Hard Drive 2 - Samples, Audio Data etc.
