HD24 "project" ?

Hi! Can anyone explain how the HD24 "project" system works, or rather, how you use it? It doesn't mention it in my manual.
I have 46 different songs by four different bands in my "project" but I'm assuming the point of it is to have different "projects" for different bands or something?
Can anyone shed any light? Maybe I have a manual which has since been revised?

I have an HD also,..I've read the manual,..but ,..for some reason I have no idea what youre talking about. Of course,..I usually just glance at manuals and then start pushing buttons!!!

The "Project" option was introduced with OS Version 1.10. You can go to the HD24 support page on the Alesis website and read the "Release Notes" for this update for an explanation of how it works. http://www.alesis.com/downloads/software/HD24/index.html
