Hey dudes - it's been a few years since I've last been here, just got back into recording, did a little cover with me lady.

Do not own a decent set of monitors - so it would be nice to hear some pointers from the pros, but amateurs also.

I'm from Poland, the song is in Hungarian - I don't speak a word of the crazy language neither does my lady, did it for kicks.

Interested on feedback on the mix overall



p.s. had some great times here in the cave with Greg_L, Dogman, and a little aussie homo who's nick I can't quite recall. Wonder if they still hang out here.

Sounds pretty good to me. Sounds like some vocals are out of tune at some points. But other than that, I like it.

i think it sounds pretty good, the only thing I would change is a bit of EQ and compression on the bass drum, sounds like the mic is inside it...

Sounds good, I think recording-wise this is about as high quality you can expect from a home studio. Now you just need to learn how to mix to bring out the most from your recordings.
