have a problem with mixing & mastering

i have been recording for just over 2 years now my problem is
my mix it sounds fat on my computer i try to ajust the sound to adapt to most eq's at home some say my mixing is fine and some say its bad can i get some help???
please i am looking for advice

I would roll off the low end on the rhythm guitars and use less distortion on them when tracking.I can't hear the bass guitar.If there is one in there, I might try rolling off a little of the low end on it to give the kick a little room and boosting around 3 khz to bring it out in the mix.I think the drums could be brought up a little.The snare could use a boost around 1 or 2 khz to give it some snap.I like the sound of your lead guitar and your playing also.I'm hearing crackling like something's clipping.

thanks i am really new to writing and recording 2 years only this is harder than learning to play guitar...so you recording masters my hat off to you all!!!
