Has Anyone used the "Blue" mic?

I'm assuming you mean the Baby Bottle? I've used it a bunch and it rocks. Very natural sounding mic with good bite to it. Awesome on drums, acoustic guitars, amps and some vocals. Would make a nice go to mic for someone in the $500 range.

The Blue Ball is on sale at the GC for $99.-. Sounds like a good deal to me.
 
Got the baby bottle...good on lots of various signals.....not a wowser but a great workhorse

Hey Kenny,

FYI, "wowser" in the Aussie sense means someone who knows how to ruin a good time. Spoil sport, party pooper...
 
Isn't it wonderful how we all speak different languages, and several of them are called English? I had a friend, Maggie Matters, from Adelaide, who was a foreign exchange student. She went to the five and dime store to buy what we would call erasers and asked for a box of rubbers, which in USA speak are condoms. She was told politely that she'd have to go to a drug store. The clerk didn't lose it until she replied, "could you come again please?". We couldn't help her. We were too busy rolling on the floor.
