Has anyone had any experience with TAXI A&R service?

I am considering using them to promote my music but I am finding it hard to find any reviews of their services on-line.

Has anyone had a good/bad experience with them?
Do you know anyone or any bands that have used them to promote their music ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I seem to remember a thread from about a month back which had some negative comments about Taxi. I have no experience w/ it myself, but am pretty sure that some people had some bad things to say about it. Try a search in this forum, hopefully I haven't completely lost my mind yet and this thread I'm remembering does actually exist. Good luck!
