Harmonizer plugin

I was wondering are their any Harmonizer plugins for Adobe Audition 2.0.

I want to make my vocals sound like this:

If their are no Harmonizer plugins is there anyway to replicate it?

You can try this one:
Make 2 copys of your lead vocal.
Pan one to the left, move the track +69ms and change the pitch to +9 cents.
Pan the other to the right, move the track 71ms and change the pitch to -9 cents.
Keep your lead vocal in the middle.
You can change the effect by moving the tracks.
