personally i would lower the mix of the guitars in the intro so the bass shines through and then crank them when the songs starts.. something seems a little empty with the guitars though. i'd probably lower the vocals just a smidge, they sound like they're distorting. the gang vocals sound good.
care to share how you micced everything?
Thanks for listening. I was having a hell of a time making the vocals sit right. They're still kinda "eh". The band really liked the guitar tone they got, so I didn't mess with it too much. Meh. I bossted a little bit at 800hz with a wider Q and I boosted a little around 2khz with a slightly narrower Q.
crap thats heavy
yea the vox sit kinda strange, and some sibelance.
thats the b1 all right, that's why they don't sit good, the mic is just that sonically different then the rest used on the recording, so it feels out of place.
i'd be suprised if this didn't have some lo end problems on some systems, it's fine here but maby not everywhare.
i'm not the biggest fan of that bass sound (thankx korn) but it is what it is
the recording works for this, it's good for what you have.

I'm worried about it working on systems with subs. On my monitors it's a little bass heavy, but it is hardcore. I figured they'd like it heavier sounding.
