I don’t like it when people call it Turkey day. So dumb. It’s not about eating turkey. Turkey sucks anyway. I’m having chicken Marsala this thanksgiving.

If it were up to me, I’d have duck breast.

I really dislike turkey meat, so the last couple of years I've smoked a capon instead. It's way better. A good bottle of Scotch whiskey, and a couple of friends are headed over as well. It'll be a nice day of feasting, conversation, and football.

Traditional Thanksgiving here, turkey, dressing, mash taters, gravy, etc. I like it, once a year. Drumstick and the oysters are mine.
