Is there anyway to reduce handling noise on dynamic mics? With my mics it seems that if you pick it up you get some noise or if you hit the mic stand you get some noise. Can you reduce that?

you could gate it. or just not touch the mic or mic stand like everyone else!

Those Cheap nady mics dont have the best construction so keep them on the stand. The berringer co has mics for arround 30.00 that will be a super upgrade to your meager locker. Id look into them.

Get an sm58 and you can swing it around your head like Roger Daltry without too much noise.
