This was recommended to me by a guy in a music store - is it too cynical to suggest that his profit margin may have been his primary motivator, not my needs?
How does it compare to Layla 24?
Layla has 8 ins - I'm thinking of an EMU Ultra 5000 Sampler (4 outs - do I need that many?) and then live guitar (possibly stereo mics). This still leaves a couple of extra ins.
Perhaps a synth module (Roland JV 2080?) down the road sometime.
Am I on the right track here?
