Hagelaz - Dallas band

My band Hagelaz is trying hard to get our foot in the door. All we have right now are these homemade demos made on my computer and 20 bit recording card with Sonar 2. Dallas is so overcrowded with hard rock and metal bands that most go unnoticed. We're looking to do something a little different, but still something people can get into. So far we've had decent results. Maybe you guys can help...first step should be to give clubs and fans something to listen to. So here ya go!

This one is called Tortoise.

It's a streaming MP3. To download it or listen to others (be still my heart!) go here:

I posted these before and got a little feedback but not much. Maybe a little more this time! Anything will help guys, so thanks in advance!

Tortoise - I admire and respect this. The only mix comment I have I guess is that I'm not liking the distorted vocals in the verse-like parts. I know it's an effect, I just don't like it personally...sounds cheap.

Best of Luck,

Cool, thanks a ton man. I'll relay the information to my singer and see if we can do something about it...maybe up the dry mix some...thanks!

Catchy tune - Pretty good levels.

Overall seems a little "small" - I would imagine the equipment limitations have a lot to do with that...

Harmonizer is... Different...

Sounds fun, though. That's as important as anything.
