H4n Pro glitch, skips few seconds in recording

Hey all!

I recently recorded a piano piece with my Zoom H4n Pro. When I put the (.wav) recording on my computer and played it, I noticed that a few seconds in the middle were missing - the recording just skipped.

Does anyone know why this could have happened and/or how to avoid it?
 
SD card unable to keep up? I've had that a few times on older cards, or where the card has had files deleted but not reformatted.
