a video for "Ride With Me" is in the work, being shot in VA(Newport News Area)... let me know if you all know a good price for video work..I think his 1 st quote was 9gs..

I'm Bout to send "Ride With Me", Hate or Love" ft Ms Stokes and "Blaa Blaa Blaa" to a few DJ to get the club feel and spin on the singles..(don't worry I got the Songs Banging for the club)


on a sad sad note.. I will be deploying 1 APR - OCT08 over on the West coast so I will miss alot of the outcome on the project... but will keep you all informed as much as I can

I won't be goin on deployment... so that is a good thing..I might be going during the summer..but who know ..I just know it won't be right now...

I made some phone calls to the Obama/Rev. Wright camp and they pulled some strings for me!

I know they came down on the price to 5g's ...they do real good work..

I know FA$E been busy gettin sponsors and investor..so he making the right moves to get this album runnin'...
 
Well Drop Some Knowledge On Me About Gettin Sponsors Nad Investors Cuz Thats Where I Have Stalled Out At . . .
 
I know he got one of his co-workers to invest 2g's for the project.. he got a clothing line (I think he knows the people) out of NY to promote a FA$E clothing line for the video.. and I think they just got a local car dealer to invest as well as work on the music (which means me..:D) for the commerical spots..as long as they approve the music...and content..

alot of dealership will sponsor artist that are up and coming if you can pitch a good marketable song for their commericals and radio ads..contact so of your local companies that you see on TV spots or hear on the radio..and ask do they sponsor up and coming artist in the area ..and don't forget the newspapers...
 
also have a good proposal on how with the investment they will be helpin you help them out...and all that good stuff.. set up a sit down with the marketing agent..and hype it up..

Yeah i talked to them before I went on leave..got a email from them in my work email..

I know they say they will travel to shoot to do the video but its like a extra 100$ amile or some crap...they can give you a good estimate as long as you give the the address and plot for the video and music...


I also peep that on the grind mixtape site..they told FA$E the "Blaa Blaa Blaa" beat was weak and he need to purchase beats from some site they recommend..LOL..this funny thing we have got sure good feedback on the song and beat.. FA$E ask me was I upset on what they said..i told him like this... you can't please everyone..for every 3 -5 bad or whatever you want to call it we have 20-25 fans and artists liking the beat and the song.. but to each his own...

but they want you to spend 20-40$ to get your song reviewed....(if I remeber correctly) and if they like it they might put you on their mixtape or something...

you can see the companies you post ads on www.makinitmagazine.com .. its a nice little magazine...from all the issues I have read..
 
its nothing bad.. you just gotta look at the quality of the work..Imma try and talk a bit more to see what they came up with...
