Guys, looking for a strat-type guitar to take to work and practise with/play during lunch hour and breaks. $250 budget. Thanks in advance ...

Hey Mitch, I've got a "Vintage Shit" thread going here. As well as vintage shit, the guy's go quite a few later model guitars. I don't think he had any strats, but I do think I remember him having some "strat-bodied" guitars like Ibanez, Cort, etc. I'll be getting overto the guy's house hopefully next week, and I'll scrouinge around for something comparable, and I don't think tha grabbing one for under $250 will be a problem.
