Guitar Plug-in which is better Revalver or Amplitude

Which one do you think is better out of the 2 for direct in recording of the guitars. Or is there a better plug-in for this type of recording

Plug ins have their advantages,such as multiple instances and working from within a host,but for the money a hardware modeler is your best bet.
I have Revalver SE and it's usable,I've heard Amplitude is supposed to be better.
Definitely try the freebies first if you have a vst adaptor.The simulanalog is not bad...

In my case, say minus 2000...
