It's a new LP Classic Antique in wine red, no burst. I installed the pickguard (cream) because my pinky anchors better with it than without it.

That picture doesn't really do the guitar justice. The detailing is very nice, particularly the bound headstock and bound fretboard. I hesitated installing the pickguard since the wood is so pretty, but I'm accustomed to non-archtop guitars and couldn't get comfortable with the thing until I installed it.

What you say the series was? Can I ask what you paid for it? (I'm assuming you're in the U.S). I want a Les Paul so bad but I'll have to wait till I graduate from college. Well, I have to do well enough to graduate first.

Save those pounds. This is a worthy guitar to save for. It's a beautiful looker and a great player, and plugged in it sounds like the quintessential LP, to my ears anyway.
