GT Pro/Fruity Loops

Hi - I'm having trouble getting started w the FL Express that comes packaged w GT Pro. There is no manual & no way that I can see to register (for this particular compact version of FL) for support & updates. And I haven't found a tutorial that's very useful - most are geared to registered users & to the full (Studio) version. Any ideas? Thanks.

The help-file for FL is (at least it was) rather good. But I haven't used FL in years.
