Speaking of red "No's" I have "no's" too
Have they all been invoiced?-----no
Has everyone paid?--------------no

Hey, the board was down and I had something really important to post, but now I forget.
 
Actually it was with regards to international shipping. We HAVE to come up with a better way of doing this in the future. It would be great if the manufacturers could send all UK orders as one shipment to the UK. and all AUS orders as one shipment to Austrailia. The manufacturer WILL do this, but full pymt must come from TnC. The duty and local shipping is paid on the receivers end. We have a couple of months to try and find a solution. The new gear will no doubt be of interest to everyone, but I get light headed thinking about the overseas shipping. On top of that, there will be no double duty. Right now you all are paying duty to the USA then duty to the UK etc. There's a lot of knowledge here, and I'm sure we could come up with a solution and you guys will save a TON of money. You would save double shipping, double duty, and most of all TIME!
 
Fedex just dropped a box of gear for me at my store.
Had to put jobs on the back burnewr to tear into it.
Good looking bunch of gear!

Pretty susbstantial looking!
No time to play with it...just sitting on my bench waiting for the end of the day.

ichh yeah. I'll take my red NOs anyday :) Very much appreciate all you're doing, and if there's anything we can do to help, please ask -- you can bet most of us are checking the console regularly :D

Just as I had predicted. At least you got some sort of notice..... Enjoy your new shiny gear.
 
My email was up on my desk and literally minutes after the box was delivered I received a notice from Fedex that it was delivered......at 5:36PM.
Fedex clocks must work different than mine.
 
Yes, yes yes. Got my ACMP-73 moments ago! I am doing a video shoot this afternoon and tonight and then I will fly to Montana for another gig early tomorrow. I won't be able to fire it up until next weekend, but just knowing I have it will keep me going.

I have an 84 ordered that I am still waiting to be invoiced for but I can handle the wait now that I actually have a pre in my posession.

Thanks, Chance and everyone. Sorry for my bouts of whining and impatience.

I'm sure we're talking about next time.......but if not.....I would definitely do COD if it would get my gear here before Thanksgiving! :)

nope. I've spoke with customs and they aren't holding anything for me. USPS have no record of the tracking number I was emailed and nothing under my name. I agree it has been some time.

For the peace of mind of all the o/seas guys I hope Chance makes the effort to sort out the problems wreckd appears to be having and not getting any answers to.

I spoke to Randy a couple of hours ago - I think he was a bit taken aback that someone from so far away had tracked down his phone number and called international lol.

He seems to be doing better now...hopefully not too long before we hear from him again. It was nice to actually speak to one of our brotherhood. :)

btw, I haven't bothered posting in some time because I too am still looking at red "no's" and figured I'd just wait.....patiently :(

Hey Qik,

Same here re the dreaded reds. At the moment, I'm more concerned for wreckd who seems unable to get any assistance from "stateside".

From what's been said recently, one could get the impression that o/seas orders are now being regarded as almost a liability :rolleyes:

Hey Ausrock, I understand and tho' I haven't been posting I have been keeping an eye on things here. I do choose however to focus on whatever else I deem important in my life and remember that it's only a cheap pre and a couple of mics I'm waiting on, in the scheme of things they really mean very little to me.

I don't mean that in any kind of negative way toward yourself or wreckd because I don't know your situation - more than likely you guys have paying clients and this stuff is kinda vital for your business.

So again, yes I can empathise with how you're feeling and certainly how the shipping and payment situation "appears" from our side of the world. We do need to give others the benefit of the doubt tho'.....I'm sure in a couple of weeks this'll be sorted out, we'll all be smiling again and hassling Chance and Terry for news on the next GB. :)
