That MIGHT have been me before I figured out the way Randy set it up.
 
I don't understand it. Still no pymts and the shippers floor is full. A lot of invoices have been sent. I have the same feeling in my gut as when a band comes in to record and you have to wait while someone shows everyone their part. I might have to rent (and charge for) a storage bin. I don't want to come off like a jerk, but I want to keep moving.

Chance, how about letting us local guys pick up our gear asap. At least we can help you move stuff if you need it and the amount we pick up and get off the floor will help out. Ready to come out whenever. Thx.

when i log in it says invoice not available... did everyone get there shipping bill or just some?

Perhaps you can ask us who's ready to pay immediately and then work on getting invoices to those people. I'm sure there are plenty of us who would be happy to help you clear space. :)

Don't panic, buddy. That band always gets their tracks down eventually. I'm going to suggest that you send the invoice emails from another email address than you sent the last one. Seems the powers that be have tagged that addy as a spammer.

I just checked the console and my invoice hasn't hasn't posted yet, but rest assured that my finger is on the trigger so as soon as it does, I'm on it.

I know you feel very alone right now, but the karma you are contributing to the recording universe will certainly be rewarded.

I gotta say, this is way better for me than last time (and sure hope it works out that way for Chance, too) -- last time there were people who hadn't paid their shipping invoices, and I could never be sure I wasn't one of them. I paced around freaking out for weeks and weeks -- turned out I just hadn't received mine yet, and when I finally got the long awaited email, I didn't sit on it :D. This time, at least I know it's not me. :cool:

There's a problem with your payment system. I would really love to pay the shipping charge - I've been trying since last night - but the amount that shows up on my official invoice (user console) only lists the $0.31 processing fee. The actual shipping charge (about $32) has yet to show up on my invoice. I'm in no less hurry to get this going than anyone else. Anyone else having the same problem?

Chance, any ideas on how I can make a payment?

Never mind about that, I just realised that won't work...I have split my order to avoid customs duty. Carry on :)


Also the amount requested by email was also present in the GB console, so I have paid the shipping requested. That is payment done for 1 of my orders !


edit: just realised I'm in the same boat as rmaier. I just paid, but the shipping invoice total was for 0.31

Chance, 2 questions...

1. I don't think it was ever made clear... Do you have a list of people who had payed for but did not receive the es-24 Shock mount in the last GB? (& the extra ribbons?) Will you be sending those automatically or do we need to let you know?

2. Are you splitting up peoples orders... In other words, will we receive one Shipping invoice or possibly 2?

Well, we found a glitch in the system. There was only one way to pay and that was Pay Pal (of which I am banned from using) I called Randy yesterday and his wife answered and said "even she hardly sees him anymore". She told me what time to call back and I did. Randy stayed up quite late and fixed the problem. I just checked this morning and so far, one payment has been made. Once the few bugs are worked out, things will smooth out as we develop our system.

Considering a number of people don't use Paypal, it would be wise to check that the system Randy set up to allow for Credit Card payments is still functional too.
