Group Buy Interest?

Just got my shipping funding request. My order was placed on 4/14/2007, to give folks some idea of how things are going. The cutoff was May 6.

Ordering began on... wait for it... 4/14/2007.

So either mine got bumped way later in the queue for some reason or he's still working on the orders of people who ordered the very first day. I'm guessing a lot of people ordered the first day. :D
 
Tracking number for shipments?

Can anyone who's received their mics (or Chance if you catch this) advise if you got a FedEx tracking number when they shipped to your address?

thanks, now i kind of have an idea of where the orders are. didn't realize this, but it looks like i got in at the last minute. i placed my order on 5/2/07 so it'll probably still be a while til i get my stuff. i don't care when i get em, as long as i get's em. thanks again chance.

I placed my order on 5/2, and I have my mics, so I don't think order date determines the shipping priority. I paid on 5/14.

I have no idea how this may have been determined. Be patient (I know, that's easy for me to say.)

I placed my order email on April 15, received my paypal request/invoice on May 13, and paid it on May 14 - still (happily) waiting on the shipping paypal request/invoice. I'm still back-flip happy to have got in on this (seems like I always miss these sorts of things), and I can easily wait as long as needed.

I think I submitted mine at 11:50pm on 5/6. That's gotta make me the tail end. Any prizes for that? :p
 
I put my order in on the cut off day and received them yesterday... Best Birthday gift ever! :D

I always figured mine would be either a birthday or Christmas gift, depending on which one it fell closer to. My only worry is that it will either A. arrive in two parts on different days or B. arrive on December 6th at noon---exactly the midpoint between the end of my birthday and the beginning of Christmas.

Can anyone tell me the timing/process once they got the shipping request?
I got mine on the 17th, paid it, but no fed ex # or tracking info.

I am not crazy impatient, but with the holiday, and needing to sign, it would be good to make sure i am around to recieve it.

My understanding, from a close reading of the previous postings, is that Chance has scheduled shipments going out on Tuesdays. So, today there will be a pickup and shipment. Your stuff will be in that one (mine too!).

Also, we'll get an email notification from FedEx regarding the shipment, with a tracking number, etc. That's how I understand it.

I'm thinking they might get here (MD) by Friday; not sure because of the holiday. Maybe Monday, I suppose. Don't think they deliver on Saturdays, do they?

Anyway, hope that helps.

27 orders have just been picked up. The driver said you all (in this batch) will get an E-mail in about 10 minutes.
 
I have quite a few orders going to Canada, Austrailia, the UK, and Barbados. I have to take them to the post office to get the rate. If this pertains to you, watch your E-mail. If you fund quick, they will ship tomorrow.
