chance, do what you gotta do man....this wasn't supposed to turn into a big headache for you and there are plenty of guys here who are willing to pick up the leftovers!
 
Chance, you've got a complete list of the mics ordered, and whom they are for, right? And you've correlated that list with the completed payments that you've received, right? So there should only be a handful left on either list that aren't "matched up". You should be able to identify exactly who hasn't responded, and what mics they had ordered.

I suggest that you list the missing IDs (as they're known here and on PSWeb) in a public post on both boards, and that you PM them on the boards where you first met them. If they don't respond to either of those methods of contact within a day or so, then you really have no choice but to make their mics available to some of the folks on the "wait list". You can't afford to let this thing drag out too long. In fact, even at that - whomever you select to take over the unclaimed mics should be required to complete payment immediately, say, within twelve hours.

I think you made it pretty clear that you needed the participants to stay on top of this and to be responsive. If some have seemingly disappeared, or have been unable to complete the payment, then you really need to replace them with others who are ready to go. That's my opinion, anyway.

I edited that last post. I am having paypal send reminders now. The big problem is that I had to dig and reply to so many E-mails to find out who they were ( forum name ). There was no way to associate the name to E-mail. I was hopeing to transfer funds on Monday.
for some reason henry w mclendon is listed as pending AND completed. I don't know what happened there.

When you sent that reply (for payment) you didn't send it to me, you sent it to Paypal. I have no way of knowing what E-mail you used. Paypal simply lets me know that I recieved $ from what ever E-mail address sent it to them. There are no messages or anything. Heres the way it works Using my pay pal account I tell pay pal what E-mail to request funds from. When you send the funds, I don't see that, Pay pal does. Pay pal only lets me know the name or E-dress the funds came from. If they came from a different E-dress, There is no way of me knowing that A e-dress=B e-dress or name. to Pay pal, your billing E-dress is your id

According to paypal and my bank account the funds have been transferred to you and the transaction is complete. I sure wish Paypal would get their act together as the funds have been withdrawn from my account. I am sure this will all be cleared up and am looking forward to getting the mics.

I did not order any mics, but I just read through the thread and seeing your shipping problems. It would be a good idea to work with a frieght broker to arrange the shipping and duties. I work closly with Renkus-Heinz, Audix, Wharfedale, and Soundcraft and kinda know how they handle their frieght.
 
whos gonna be the first one to stick one of those firecrackers on a bass drum.

I don't have the paperwork in front of me, but if Paypal has sent me info that either WMCL, or the E-mail address that Paypal has on record has paid, don't worry about it you should be OK. The Paypal statement will be marked "complete"

As far as recieving any EE-mails go around that time, I posted what to put in the subject header for each step. I was getting over 400 E-mails a day. Sorry to say, I had to ignore most of them and give my attention to the ones marked as requested.
 
i think my email got lost somewhere in this chaos,
i'll just get me a sennheiser md441 instead then :rolleyes:
 
Quick update. Transferring funds to the bank of China their branch in New York first thing tomorrow morning.
 
I just got EQ magazine and in the new products I see the HRM-5S or 12S ( the ones that were being re-tooled , but by Nady. It sells for almost $400.00. There are also a couple other mics by Cad and MXL, all of which we have ordered and are manufactured by Alctron.
 
Funds have been transfered to China. I will try to post all the info later.
