So, uh, dumb question: are you going to be able to calculate the Chance-to-individual shipping costs at the same time as the rest of the payment? Or may it be necessary to pay the China to Chance fees separately from the Chance to everybody else?

BTW, thanks for being willing to undertake this whole effort, it will be a fair degree of work to get the mics imported and then distributed to a couple dozen final resting places. You da man.
 
Everything is totaled up and am waiting for the invoice. There was a question on shipping. The cost from China to me will be devided according to a weight to size ratio on each order. The shipping out to you will depend. Some are going to Canada, some to the Bahama islands, and some across town. I believe the total amount of mics was around 75. the number of people participating was 30.
Anyone that missed out, if you want to organize another buy, I would be happy to order for you, but you would have to collect the orders.
 
Just a little update.
I was expecting a reply by now, but I forgot, they are 16 hours ahead of me. It must be their week end.

If you wind up with some extra mics, please put me on your followup list. This came together much faster than I expected, and didn't realize you'd be taking specific mic orders from the posts on this thread... I thought I'd get a PM or Email or something with an order sheet attached.

Anyway, keep me in mind.

Startin to feel like a broken record here but was there ever an estimated cost for the HRM-14? :confused:

Wow we're approaching 3000 views.
I got the invoice, and he did give us the discounted pricing. The prices posted are based on each mic in quantities of 100. So we lucked out there. I will attempt to post the invoice in an attachment. I said I could front $1.5K, but it came out to over $4K. Now we all have to put our $ where our mouth is. I will attempt to figure out what would be a fair deposit, or good faith money to get things rolling. If Murphy doesn't get in the way and I can transfer funds to China by mid week next week, you could possibily see your mics by next weekend.

for some reason, the attachment won't attach (maybe a MAC thing )
If someone can shoot me an Email under "subject" mark it "send attachment" and I will attach to the reply and you can try to post
 
Excellent.....looks like this is actually going to happen!

Once final figures are sorted I'd be happy to pay by DirectDeposit or Paypal.
 
I'm pretty sure I got left out on this one......although I was one of the earlier posters, I failed to mention which mic I'd like. If anyone fails to pay or backs out on a HRM-10, I'd be more than willing to "take their spot".
Truly, if it came down to it, I'd probably take any ribbon mic when given the opportunity!

chance - I'd love to help you out posting the invoice, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have much more luck at it than you. Hopefully, someone will be willing to help out so we can get an idea of how much to send you.

Will you be letting us know individually or will all the info be itemized (including shipping from you) on the invoice? Thanks again!
