Thanks for all the hard work, Chance.

Isn't it at that point faster/cheaper to just FedEx that order (and similar large ones that may still be in the pipeline)? That way you/your guys don't have to repack anything, and I suspect that one large box FedExed comes out quite a bit cheaper than multiple USPS shipments.
Yes Fed EX is faster/cheaper, but EVERYONE overwelmingly voted/requested USPS for their out-of-USA shipping. I'm just trying to please.Isn't it at that point faster/cheaper to just FedEx that order
You should try pricing an international shipment at Fedex or UPS sometime. If USPS was $200 to Australia, that's about 50lbs. Fedex or UPS would be about $500 for the same weight. USPS for half that weight is about half the price, $100 and change, but UPS and Fedex are still $350.
I suspect USPS is hated a little less now . . .![]()
That might be true, but now I must take that returned USPS pkg and make and ship 2 packages out of it and that brings the USPS price back up. With Fed Ex, this one package would have shipped with no problems.
If everyone would have paid for their shipping, we would be more than 1/3 through this.
We're just under 25% shipped. Yesterday I invoiced around 30 orders. These orders are ready to ship once payment is made. There is still a lot of orders ready to ship that have been invoiced over 2 weeks ago but have not received payment. These orders are taking up space and are really slowing things down for the rest.
On another note I just received my Fed Ex delivery notices and see along with many others, our own Harvey G delivery has been delivered.
I have to confess that I didn't get many invoices done last weekend. I had many come over to get their gear. One drove down from Sacramento, an 8 hour drive. On top of that I had a video shoot on Saturday. It was again good to meet you guys.

Well, aside from just looking at them, Alex immediately grabbed the 73 and 84 and he's in recording bass and guitars with them as I type this. He loves the D.I. on bass (not sure which unit he used). At least while I wait for the red "no" to change I can perhaps anticipate a quick "Harvey G" review.
Love reading his reports.
got my mics today, took a bunch of photos and will try to do some tracking on my upright tonight.
1. should i start a new thread for reviews/mod discussion etc.?
2. does anyone have some space somewhere to host some sound clips?
i'm thinking i'll compare my 6802 and 1200 with my 414 and tlm 103 through my neve clones from seventh circle audio. i just don't have anywhere to post 'em.
somebody PM me if they have space and are interested...
best to let me know

I have a mix session tomorrow, so no tryouts there, but next week, I've got a CSNY type group in and I'll give both units a workout then.
