Apparently you're sending out the invoice individually, so there's one question answered. I'd love to send you payment...you have to let me know how much!

I know you're being bombarded and I don't want to be a pain...only want to lessen the confusion. (or am I adding to it???) ;)

After I recieve your E-mail marked in the subject header (described in previous posts), I will send a Pay Pal request, not an invoice.

Gotcha. Did that already but probably got lost, so I just sent another. Thanks! :D

I am on a computer in another studio near LA right now. We should wrap things up around 2:00pm which means I'll be back around 3:00pm depending on these freeways

I just got in and requested a few more payments. I got a couple of "you got money" from Paypal from some unknowns I didn't recognise the E-dress and there was no forum name. I have no idea who these people are, and not knowing them I would have no idea what to do about this.

On another note, on my paypal history, for all who have paid, under the "status" of everyone some are marked "completed", and some are marked "paid". The ones marked "completed" are reflected in the total balance. The ones marked paid, do not. I don't understand this. Some also are marked pending, meaning that payment has not been recieved. Any thoughts ?

Still waiting on
J Werner 1 HRM-14B
AXIS 1 HRM-10
MOUNTAIN MIRROR 1 HRM-10
INNOVATIONS 1 HRM-10
Tomorrow I will be meeting with TNT express to arrange the shipping from China

Whoa! How did I miss out on this?
I'd be interested in leftovers or another order. :)

Chance, as soon as I recieve an Invoice or total of some kind, I'll send ya your money via PayPal.

Send an email back to the address asking them for their forum names. It's possible that a few people have failed to understand the process and have sent you money without actually getting onto your order list before the deadline. If so, I would hope that Paypal gives you an option to reject the payment.

If it's marked "Complete", then the money is in your account. If it shows "Pending", that means that the payment has been initiated, but Paypal is waiting for funding from the originator's bank account. In other words, there wasn't enough in his Paypal account to cover the payment, so a transfer is in the works. The money should come through after a few days.

In my account, I show two items for you - your original "bill" (which indicates "paid"), and the payment that I made in response to it (which indicates "complete").

Do you have a similar pair of entries on your end? If so, there would be two entries for each participant - one being your original bill (which should be marked "paid"), the other being the actual payment (which should be labeled either "pending" or "complete"). At least I think that's how it works.

I just looked at my account...there are three line;

Bill - Show Me Thu Money!
Transfer - money is being moved from my bank to paypal
Complete - indicating payment to Chance is completed

Same with mine... I've never had one that 'didn't go through'... Although I'm sure it could happen...

If no one claims those rogue HRM-10's I'll definetely take one, just PM me with instructions. Thanks!

Good news and bad news
TNT Express is the curiour only. He mistakenly said to do the transfer by TNT and meant to say T/T ( Telegraph Transfer ). I went to my local B of A and they can do a TT for $45.00
The bad news is, shipping by air will take 2 days, but will cost $1182.50!
Shipping by sea will take 28 days and cost $102.80.
At this point I need some input. My circuits are overloading. He sent me the invoice, but as before I cant open it. Whoever converted it last time, could you do it again please? E-mail me, and under the "subject" mark it "CONVERT INVOICE"
This is where we we have to come to some agreement. Air? or salt water
At this point, it doesn't matter to me. I will just be happy when I have a tracking number to post.
Thanks

chance.....put it on the boat ;-)
That's quite a price difference.

I didn't convert it the last time, but I'd be willing to give it a shot...

Send it to zetajazz (at) hotmail.com

Dude, totally by boat. $102 vs $1182? That's an insanely large price jump just to get our stuff earlier.

argh. how do i always miss these deals. i totally missed out on the tape op group buy too. if there's any way to include another HRM 10, count me in. or if there's a stray one from someone who backs out. you can pm me or e-mail me at thegunshyboy (@) gmail.com.

Yeah, boat is a lot cheaper but how do you get the mics when the boat comes in? Do you need to get a trucker to p/u? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there around 30 people ordering? If so that's only $40 each shipping and you get the mics in 2 days. That's a still a deal to me. Of course I'll go with the majority vote.

My vote would be for the faster shipping, but I'm OK with it either way. The original invoice that you showed us a couple of weeks ago showed an average shipping charge of about $17 per mic ($400 for 23 mics), and the current air freight estimates come in at exactly the same $17 per mic ($1100 for 69 mics, which is actually slightly less). So if you ship by air, we'll be coming in at the same price point that we expected when we first jumped into this. I have no problem with that.

If you ship by sea, you'll be dealing with this whole process for a lot longer, but we'll save about $15 per microphone. Do you really want to be keeping track of this all the way through February? <vbg>

BTW, I assume that you will be prorating the shipping charges based upon the shipping weights of the various mics, so my estimate of $17 is just an average - some will be higher and others less than that.
