Great free VST and VSTi's?

Anybody know about some free VSTeffects and VST instrumenst? Also DXi's, but I don't think there are any free DXi's at the moment...

May I recommend from the plugins VST site the Blueline series that is available for free. The paraEQ has a loverly top end and the compressor really thumps.
