got a new mix up. rough but better

so some of you might remember that a few months ago i posted a link to my myspace site and it had some mixes on there that i recorded in my room. Now my band has recorded with someone whos taken an interest in us and luckily is recording us for the fun of it. I just posted a completely raw version (with exception of vocal, some mixing was done). i really want some feedback so let m know how we should approach mixing this. To me it seems theres a little too much mud. let me know what you think

MySpace always seems to bastardize the audio with some weird bit compression...you may want to try another site for hosting.

Given that I couldn't hear very well, the levels sound good and it sounds well blended.

yea i think the players are pretty bad on that site. i'm trying to decided which freqs to cut and which to boost. i think some 400 could be rolled off of the guitars and maybe a little reverb on the snare to make it bigger... thanks for the input though
