Good VST sound card solution?

Hi,

I own a PC, Cubase and a decent keyboard. So for now, since I can't afford actual hardware modules, like Nords etc, I'd like to get a decent sound card with some good synths. What would be a good decently priced sound card with impressive sounds, preferably ones that u can download etc, decent upgradibility (and of course, low latency)

I thought first of getting SB Live Platnium, then maybe the EMU APS? Anyone with suggestions?

Your lowest priced card will probably be the SBLive (Value can be found under $60) and it has the same chip as the APS but for a whole lot less. There are also some patches around that let you use the APS drivers so you'll end up being able to use ASIO with Cubase to reduce latency, keep your analog ins/outs, and require no hardware mods.
