lookin for a 24/96 recording soundcard for less than 450- one that is good for micing guitar+bass amps, micing drums, and micing vocals. heard good things about the echo gina, but it doesnt have enough inputs for micing drums. thought about the staudio dsp with the cport. if you got halfaclue what im talking about, PLEASE give me some feedback- im on a budget, but i want to get good equipment (of course).

Some people on this bbs have a C-port too and they seem to be happy with it. Use the search button to find more comments on it.

Used Delta 1010 off Ebay...around $400

I'm really starting to like mine. :)

STaudio DSP2000 new: €444.

I love this card (when in perspective to it's price)

...another very happy C-Port user. The Delta 1010lt is cheaper, but the converters are on the card and subject to more electronics interference inside your computer. C-Port also has excellent routing options and a MIDI port. Can't go wrong with a Delta 1010 either.

thanks to anyone that posted. ill check out the aardvark and the delta in addition to the dsp/cport. still open to suggestions...
