Not sure who sing (plays) this tune but it has a classic line for chicks. There are two versions one acoustic only and one with drums and shit.

I second "Romeo and Juliet" by the Dire Straits, only play it the way the Indigo Girls do it. That's a great recording, one voice, one acoustic guitar... "Julieeeet, when we made love you used to cry..." That one can melt anyone.

Also, often overlooked, "Good Feeling" by the Violent Femmes. Beautiful song.
