Hey Folks!!!

Jeez, gotta share this one! I've been looking at buying a good software application for recording. Was using Audacity, but figured it's time to move on. My wife makes me go shopping with her the other day (blah, blah.) I decide to go into a computer outlet store to look around and low and behold I found a copy of Acid Pro 4.0 in the mark down bin. I sent these two links to show the price difference buying on-line.

OK, here it comes......... I got it for about $275.00!!!!!

Maybe because I'm in Germany?? Don't know if they sell a German version or not? who friggin cares???

Anyway, unpacked and installed, now to start learning!!!! I've made a few recording already, it's pretty easy to lay down some tracks. after that, well, ya know.........................

with respect you could have bought 3 great multitrack applications
for that price and still had lots of change.. eg..multitrackstudio.com,
magix music studio and powertracks.

Never really viewed Acid as something I'd use for multitrack recording. I have it, and use it for loops, but usually bring the files into my multitrack software. I'm with Manning on this one - you could've done better.

OK - all that aside! Enjoy Acid - it's a cool program.
