Good config and bad perfs. Sounds cutting and desync

Hi guys,
I started composing music on cubase using kontakt instruments. My comp should be good but when I use more than 5 tracks with vst it starts to randomly cut the sound of some instrument.

I purged all my vst in kontakt then reload theim. Everything seems ready. My Disk display keeps blinking in kontakt and hit the red before the sound start cutting.

So I thought maybe I shouldnt put my vst on an external drive but I don't have anymore room inside the comp to add a disk. My external drive is 2.0 usb do you think the problem comes from that?

The saler told me it was because I was using asio4all drivers so I bought the tascam us-200 audio interface, not a slight improvement at all. Exactly the same trouble.

Any halp would be greatly appreciated :)

Core 2 quad Q6600 - 8 Go ram (cubase only uses 2go wich is a pain)
tascam us-200
Impulse 49 keyboard
 
I wouldn't install such large instruments like kontakt to external drive (at least not with usb2. Maybe esata/firewire/usb3 connection would work better.) and keep the disk full. Move all the crap to external drive (movies, music, pictures) and get rid of programs and games you do not use.

If the problem lied in Asio drivers, the CPU meter would be going red.

Ok it works far more better!
But I still got issue, my cubase 5 64 bits is getting low on memory. but all my ram isn't used!
Kontakt 5 player is 64 bits but it seems my plug in is 32 bits.
How to have my kontakt plugins 64 bits?

If I find out, will I be able to load as much instrument as my 8 go ram can handle? or will I always be stuck on 4 gigs?

I already tried jbridge but when I do so that's my jbridge that crash...
And I'm quite sure kontakt is supposed to natively works in 64bits mode, am I wrong?
I mean the plugin version of kontakt..
