Godin Freeway Emg

A local store in my area is selling a godin Freeway with EMG humbucker pickups in graphite black colouring for 400$. I'm of moderate skill level, and already own an acoustic and cheap no name guitar, and i'm just looking for a decent gujitar for use at home and possibly in a home studio recording situation, is this a good choice?

Godin makes very good guitars. $400 sounds like a good deal, but I don't know what this model usually retails for. When I bought my LG a few years back I got 30% off list, which I think is a normal discount on Godins.
