GexCube Radeon 7000 video card question

This card has 1 VGA out, 1 S-video out, and 1 DVI connector.

I want to run a dual monitor setup, 1 for my main Cubase screen, and one just for plug ins, etc. Can I do that with this card if my next monitor has an S-video input?

Do they make non-lcd monitors with S-video ins?
 
I have a Radeon 7000 (ATI), but I've never been able to get a very good picture from the "S" video output. I have two standard CRT monitors hooked up to it. It works great, but you need an adaptor to go from the digital output to a standard VGA monitor.
