Gettting Mixer to Work

Just purchased a full license for reaper, but I can't get it to work with my XENYX. I think this is more of a setup issue than anything else. My default computer settings are set for my "built-in speakers out" and my "USB Codec (XYNEX) in" However the two aren't matching up any one familiar?
 
What do you mean by 'not matching up'? Typically, people have the output device the same as the input device, then your headphones and monitors are hooked up to that device, in this case what I assume is a Xenyx USB mixer.
Are you seeing a signal to your armed tracks in Reaper (you need to select the input device tracks)?
