Getting usage rights for a sound clip

Does anyone know how you would go about obtaining rights to use a movie quote in a song? Is there a quick and easy method? This song will be part of a cd we do plan to sell and distribute.

Start by contacting the copyright owner of the movie. I'm assuming you plan to use a direct audio clip from the movie.
