Getting started with home recording

I recently bought a Fostex X-14 4 track recorder and the Fostex MN12 mini-mixer. I wanted to know exactly what input jacks i would need to do a mixdown on a standard cassette deck from the 4 track and also what cables to use between the 4 track and the mixer(documentation not very helpful to a total novice like myself).
