Getting new equipment help?

Hi

My current setup is pretty horrible:

Old Shure Mic --- Boss guitar effects processor (clean setting for vocals and acoustic guitar) ---- into the line in of my pc and then into REAPER. I also use Reason for keyboards etc. Its is my birthday in a couple of weeks and I have the opportunity to get/upgrade equipment. Which do you think is the most important to replace first? I think an audio interface is going to be hugely beneficial, but could anyone recommend any? Obviously im not looking at top end gear because I have a limited budget.

Also I'm thinking a new mic, but one that is good for acoustic and vocals

It is only about £65 so it fits the budget

Seams that you would want an interface. cheap but not certainly the best would be the M box.

If you only need 2 analog inputs, I would recommend the Emu 0404 USB interface ($200). Excellent AD-DA conversion, good preamps, easy to use. I use it with Reaper - works great.
