Getting Fostex X28H to playback?! Help?

Hi, I'm simply trying to play a 4 track tape on this fostex x28H that I aquired and for the life of me I can not get sound to play out of track 1, 2, 3, or 4!! I have a speaker from my home pc plugged into the output rca jack on track 1. No sound ever no matter what button I push, yet I see the EQ on tracks 1 - 4 jumpin away!

Try plugging headphones into the headphone jack and see if you are getting sound that way. The RCA outs are for mixing down, and you can't just plug a speaker into them, it needs to go through some sort of amp first.
