Gefell m300?

I'd like to hear from someone who owns these. Would like to use a matched pair on fingerstyle acoustic...I read that they are the balls. Is it true... and if so...what pre would be nice. All big bucks, I know, but I may just be able to swing it (if I get enough "good" opinions!) Thanks

I have a pair of M300's thru a Toft ATC-2 for fingerstyle and flatpick guitar. They are wonderful mics -very detailed and natural sounding. Many people compare them to the old Neumann KM84. I also have a newer Neumann KM184, which is a great mic but has a brighter top end. It comes in handy for dark sounding guitars.
The "Big 3" for the mid priced sdc's seems to be the M300, KM184, and Josephson C42. You can get pair of C42's for well under a grand. I haven't tried them, but have heard that they are similar to the KM184.
