Gavin McGeorge - Prog Metal

I really like it. Very well balanced all the way through. Drums cut through the mix well. Bass is dark and heavy. Distortion is clutch.

Turn up the vocals a few notches and maybe a tad less reverb (on the vocals) and it would be perfect (i didn't say i didn't like it, cus i do) maybe just a tad too much. thats all i see wrong with the mix. Vocals need to be turned up a bit.

I'll be honest with you, when the song first started playing I thought "Oh no, not another 80s nightmare!" I really hated the drum machine and all the reverbed out guitar. But by the end of the song I actually found myself really getting into it. I really don't care for this style of music, so it's tough to win me over. Great job! The vocals could really use some work but the song was very cool overall.
 
Thanks for the feedback. I'm working on new material now, so its really helpful to know what is working and what isn't with listeners.
