future studio setup advice- room acoustics

I have noticed, since moving house, my new room for recording is sounding pretty poor in comparison with my last place, I am thinking of making my own acoustic panels out of glasswool, I am just wondering what sizes these should be for my room. It is about 3 metres long by 2.6m wide, with 2.3 high ceilings. Also, where would be good places to position these? I have a large window to the left of me from my mixing position, that pretty much takes up the whole wall, and a doorway and small closet to the rear.

Thanks alot for any ideas and suggestions

That's a tiny room for mixing. Traps on the side walls at point of first reflection 9including that big window), and in each ceiling corner, to start with.
