Here's a clip over a C Min. Blues jam that I did with my '73 Vibro Champ cranked again into natural overdrive. This time I used my '66 Pro Reveb 2x12 Celestion V-30's to run my VC through. I got to turn this baby up to 9 and tone I was getting reminded me of the Allman Bros. sorta. Anyway it's the intro more than anything that's the Funky Allman Bros. sound. Here's the link. It's the 1st clip on the page.

After the two measure intro, the "harmony" guitars come in. Is it two all the way to the left and one hard right?

After the guitars play that part for four measures there's another two measure intro part, then you bring a different(I think) guitar(or amp) at dead center and remove the one hard right. Right?

Yea EZ, for the 1st 4 measures intro harmonies, I had main guitar center , Left harmony panned 50% left, Right harmony panned 50% right. After that is was just 2 harmonies which were the left and center. I tried messing with the 3rd harmony for the rest of the intro, but I couldn't find a line I liked so I left it out.
YOU were right about the harmony layout.:D

Thanks SS, I'm not into Snowy's stuff. Didn't he play with Thin Lizzy for a while and also Pink Floyd "The Wall" tour back in the early 90's? I know who he is,but not all his body of work.:)
