Cool tune ..I dig the fat guitar tone your getting here....would like to hear the drums a bit more punchy or clear (kick)..but it may just be these crappy pc speakers Im listening on.Really like the cleaner guitar at around 1:54,cool contrast to the heavier vibe going on.Cool song man!
 
That is a cool, funky groove. I really like it. I agree with axman, the drums seem a bit "subdued". Not a real problem, but this tune could use a bit more funk in the drums. Cool sounds though.
